Where this came from

Born not from theory,
but from observation.

In 2004, my son was diagnosed with autism. Over the years that followed, I watched therapists, teachers, doctors, and nurses help him thrive — not through willpower or inspiration — but through systems of empathy and clarity. Small, repeated actions. Specific feedback. Unconditional patience.
